전도서 1: 1-11
Ecclesiastes 1:1-11
2021년도가 밝았습니다.
The year 2021 has begun.
우리는 새로운 한 해를 보내고 있습니다.
We are having a new year.
그러나 해 아래 새 것이 없습니다.
But there is nothing new under the sun.
이것은 나의 말이 아닙니다.
This is not my word.
이것은 솔로몬 왕의 글입니다.
This is the writing of King Solomon.
전 1:9 이미 있던 것이 후에 다시 있겠고 이미 한 일을 후에 다시 할지라 해 아래에는 새 것이 없나니
Ecclesiastes 1:9 What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun.
10. 무엇을 가리켜 이르기를 보라 이것이 새 것이라 할 것이 있으랴 우리가 있기 오래 전 세대들에도 이미 있었느니라
10. Is there anything of which one can say, "Look! This is something new"? It was here already, long ago; it was here before our time.
새해가 밝았지만 우리에게는 새것이 별로 없습니다.
The new year is here, but we do not have many new things.
햇살도 새 것이 아닙니다.
The sun is not new either.
어제 있었던 것입니다.
It was there yesterday.
그런데 우리는 일년에 한번씩 새해를 맞이합니다.
But we celebrate the New Year once a year.
해 아래는 영원한 것이 없습니다.
There is nothing eternal under the sun.
그러나 예수님 안에는 영원한 것이 있습니다.
But in Jesus there is eternity.
이 세상의 모든 것을 가졌던 왕의 고백입니다.
It is the confession of the king who had everything in this world.
전도서의 허무주의는 긍정적인 효과가 있습니까?
Does nihilism in Ecclesiastes have a positive effect?
솔로몬 왕은 재물을 가져 보았어도 별거 아니라는 고백이었습니다.
King Solomon confessed that it was meaningless though he had possessions.
솔로몬 왕은 지혜를 가져 보았어도 별거 아니라는 고백이었습니다.
King Solomon confessed that it was meaningless though he had wisdom.
솔로몬 왕은 명예를 가져 보았어도 별거 아니라는 고백이었습니다.
King Solomon confessed that it was meaningless though he had honor.
믿음은 사라질 것 같은 허무를 뛰어 넘는 것입니다.
Faith is overcoming the vanity that seems to disappear.
예수님은 우리 들에게 말씀하십니다.
Jesus speaks to us.
요 5:39. 너희가 성경에서 영생을 얻는 줄 생각하고 성경을 연구하거니와 이 성경이 곧 내게 대하여 증언하는 것이니라
John 5:39. You diligently study the Scriptures because you think that by them you possess eternal life. These are the Scriptures that testify about me,
사람들은 영생에 관심이 많이 있었습니다.
People were interested in eternal life.
사람들은 영생을 얻기 위해 많은 노력을 했습니다.
People have made great efforts to gain eternal life.
그 중의 하나가 성경을 공부하는 것이었습니다.
One of them was studying the Bible.
그러나 사람들은 성경을 공부하는 목적을 몰랐습니다.
But people did not know the purpose of studying the Bible.
성경을 공부하는 목적은 예수님에 대하여 아는 것입니다.
The purpose of studying the Bible is to know Jesus.
성경이 예수님에 대하여 말하고 있기 때문입니다.
It is because the Bible speaks of Jesus.
성경이 예수님을 증거 하고 있습니다.
The Bible witnesses Jesus.
성경은 예수님께서 동정녀 탄생에 대하여 증거하고 있습니다.
The Bible witnesses the Virgin birth of Jesus.
이것을 생물 학적인 방법으로 이해 할 수 없습니다.
We cannot biologically understand this.
이것은 인류 문화적으로 설명할 수 없습니다.
We cannot explain it human-culturally.
오직 성경만이 예수의 동정녀 탄생에 대하여 증거합니다.
Only the Bible witnesses the Virgin birth of Jesus.
예수님이 동정녀를 통해서 태어날 이유가 있었습니다.
There was a reason for Jesus to be born through a virgin.
인간적인 방법으로 태어났다면 그 분도 우리와 같은 죄인이었습니다.
If he was born humanly, he would have become a sinner like us.
그러나 예수님은 인간적인 방법으로 태어나지 않았습니다.
But Jesus was not born humanly.
그러므로 예수님은 우리와 같은 죄인이 아니었습니다.
Therefore, Jesus was not a sinner like us.
그 예수님은 하나님이셨습니다.
That Jesus was God.
예수님은 오병이어의 기적을 행하셨습니다.
Jesus performed the miracle of the five loaves.
예수님은 소경의 눈을 뜨게 하셨습니다.
Jesus opened the blind’s eyes.
예수님은 죽은 나사로를 살려 주셨습니다.
Jesus saved the dead Lazarus.
예수님은 유대인들의 시기를 받아 그들에게 고난을 당하셨습니다.
The Jews were envious of Jesus and gave him suffering.
예수님은 우리의 죄를 위해 십자가에서 죽으셨습니다.
Jesus died on the cross for our sins.
예수님은 죽음에서 살아나셨습니다.
Jesus was raised from the dead.
예수님은 하늘나라에 올라 가셨습니다.
Jesus went up to heaven.
예수님은 우리들을 데리러 다시 오십니다.
Jesus will come back to save us.
예수님은 우리들의 희망입니다.
Jesus is our hope.
그러나 우리들의 삶은 어렵습니다.
But our lives are difficult.
우리들은 살아있을 때 감사해야 합니다.
We must be thankful while we are alive.
하나님을 믿는 내가 얼마나 행복한지 알아야 합니다.
We need to know how happy we are as believers of God.
우리들은 자녀를 낳아서 즐거운 생활을 해야합니다
We have to have children and have fun.
하나님이 지으신 세계에 살아간다는 것이 축복이라는 것입니다.
It is a blessing to live in the world God created.
기장 기본적인 즐거움이 여기에 있습니다.

전 1:11. 이전 세대들이 기억됨이 없으니 장래 세대도 그 후 세대들과 함께 기억됨이 없으리라
Ecclesiastes 1:11. There is no remembrance of men of old, and even those who are yet to come will not be remembered by those who follow.
이전 세대에 살았던 사람들이 기억에서 사라지고 있습니다.
The people who lived in the previous generation are disappearing from our memories.
마찬가지로 우리들도 훗날에 사람들의기억에서 사라질 것입니다.
Likewise, we will disappear from people's memories in the future.
아무도 우리들은 기억해 주지 않을 것입니다.
No one will remember us.
그럼에도 우리들이 알아야 할 것이 있습니다.
Nevertheless, there is something we need to know.
하나님은 우리들의 이름을 불러 주실 것입니다.
God will call our names.
예수님 때문에 우리가 하나님의 아들이고 딸이 되었습니다
Because of Jesus, we became the sons and daughters of God.
삭개오를 부르셨던 주님은 우리들의 이름을 불러 주십니다.
The Lord, who called Zacchaeus, calls us by name.
나다나엘을 부르셨던 주님은 우리들의 이름을 불러 주십니다.
The Lord, who called Nathanael, calls us by name.
예수님은 영원한 기쁨을 주시려고 우리를 불러 주십니다.
Jesus calls us to give us eternal joy.
누구든지 예수 그리스도 안에 있으면 새로운 피조물이라
Whoever is in Jesus Christ is a new creature.
기독교 신앙은 날마다 새로움을 경험하는 것입니다.
Christian faith is experiencing new every day.
해 아래 새것은 없지만 예수님 안에 있으면 새로운 피조물입니다.
There is nothing new under the sun, but if you are in Jesus you are a new creation.
새로운 피조물인 우리들은 날마다 감사함으로 살아가야 합니다.
We, as new creatures, must live with thanksgiving every day.
결론입니다.
This is the conclusion.
새해이지만 새해가 아닙니다.
This is the New Year, but not a new year.
우리 주위에 하나도 새 것이 없습니다.
There is nothing new around us.
세상은 날마다 삶의 전쟁터입니다.
The world is a battlefield of life every day.
세상은 전염병으로 어렵습니다.
The world is having difficulty with an epidemic.
그럼에도 우리들에게 희망이 있습니다.
Nevertheless, there is hope for us.
우리의 희망이신 예수 그리스도가 우리편입니다.
Jesus Christ, our hope, is on our side.
그 예수님은 우리와 함께 하십니다.
That Jesus is with us.
내가 세상 끝날 까지 너희와 함께 있으리라는 말씀입니다. (마 28:20)
It means that he will be with us always, even to the end of the age. Matthew 28:20)
이 말씀에 희망을 가지고 끝까지 전진할 수 있어야 합니다.
We must be able to move forward to the end with hope in this Word.
기도 합시다
Let's pray
하나님 아버지 감사합니다.
Thank you, Heavenly Father.
새해가 밝았지만 우리들의 마음을 밝지 못합니다.
Although the New Year has begun, our hearts are not joyful.
전염병이 세상을 괴롭히고 있습니다.
The plague is distressing the world.
하나님 이 질병이 떠나가게 해주세요.
God, please let this disease go away.
그러나 또 다른 전염병이 우리에게 다가올 것입니다.
But another epidemic will come to us.
우리들은 세상에 의지할 곳이 없습니다.
We have nowhere to rely on in this world.
우리의 믿음의 주님이신 예수님 만이 우리의 희망입니다.
Only Jesus, the Lord of our faith, is our hope.
우리들은 금년에도 예수님을 의지하며 살아갈 수 있기를 원합니다.
We want to be able to live by relying on Jesus this year.
예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다.
We pray in the name of Jesus.
