아삽의 시, 영장으로 알다스헷에 맞춘 노래
1. 하나님이여 우리가 주께 감사하고 감사함은 주의 이름이 가까움이라 사람들이 주의 기이한 일들을 전파하나이다
2. 주의 말씀이 내가 정한 기약이 이르면 내가 바르게 심판하리니
3. 땅의 기둥은 내가 세웠거니와 땅과 그 모든 주민이 소멸되리라 하시도다 (셀라)
4. 내가 오만한 자들에게 오만하게 행하지 말라 하며 악인들에게 뿔을 들지 말라 하였노니
5. 너희 뿔을 높이 들지 말며 교만한 목으로 말하지 말지어다
6. 무릇 높이는 일이 동쪽에서나 서쪽에서 말미암지 아니하며 남쪽에서도 말미암지 아니하고
7. 오직 재판장이신 하나님이 이를 낮추시고 저를 높이시느니라
8. 여호와의 손에 잔이 있어 술 거품이 일어나는도다 속에 섞은 것이 가득한 그 잔을 하나님이 쏟아 내시나니 실로 그 찌꺼기까지도 땅의 모든 악인이 기울여 마시리로다
9. 나는 야곱의 하나님을 영원히 선포하며 찬양하며
10. 또 악인들의 뿔을 다 베고 의인의 뿔은 높이 들리로다

1. Unto thee, O God, do we give thanks, unto thee do we give thanks: for that thy name is near thy wondrous works declare.
2. When I shall receive the congregation I will judge uprightly.
3. The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I bear up the pillars of it. Selah.
4. I said unto the fools, Deal not foolishly: and to the wicked, Lift not up the horn:
5. Lift not up your horn on high: speak not with a stiff neck.
6. For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.
7. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.
8. For in the hand of the LORD there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them.
9. But I will declare for ever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.
10. All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.

1. 하나님은 유다에 알려지셨으며 그의 이름이 이스라엘에 알려지셨도다
2. 그의 장막은 살렘에 있음이여 그의 처소는 시온에 있도다
3. 거기에서 그가 화살과 방패와 칼과 전쟁을 없이하셨도다 (셀라)
4. 주는 약탈한 산에서 영화로우시며 존귀하시도다
5. 마음이 강한 자도 가진 것을 빼앗기고 잠에 빠질 것이며 장사들도 모두 그들에게 도움을 줄 손을 만날 수 없도다
6. 야곱의 하나님이여 주께서 꾸짖으시매 병거와 말이 다 깊이 잠들었나이다
7. 주께서는 경외 받을 이시니 주께서 한 번 노하실 때에 누가 주의 목전에 서리이까
8. 주께서 하늘에서 판결을 선포하시매 땅이 두려워 잠잠하였나니
9. 곧 하나님이 땅의 모든 온유한 자를 구원하시려고 심판하러 일어나신 때에로다 (셀라)
10. 진실로 사람의 노여움은 주를 찬송하게 될 것이요 그 남은 노여움은 주께서 금하시리이다
11. 너희는 여호와 너희 하나님께 서원하고 갚으라 사방에 있는 모든 사람도 마땅히 경외할 이에게 예물을 드릴지로다
12. 그가 고관들의 기를 꺾으시리니 그는 세상의 왕들에게 두려움이시로다

1. In Judah is God known:
his name is great in Israel.
2. In Salem also is his tabernacle, and his dwelling place in Zion.
3. There brake he the arrows of the bow, the shield, and the sword, and the battle. Selah.
4. Thou art more glorious and excellent than the mountains of prey.
5. The stouthearted are spoiled, they have slept their sleep: and none of the men of might have found their hands.
6. At thy rebuke, O God of Jacob, both the chariot and horse are cast into a dead sleep.
7. Thou, even thou, art to be feared: and who may stand in thy sight when once thou art angry?
8. Thou didst cause judgment to be heard from heaven; the earth feared, and was still,
9. When God arose to judgment, to save all the meek of the earth. Selah.
10. Surely the wrath of man shall praise thee: the remainder of wrath shalt thou restrain.
11. Vow, and pay unto the LORD your God: let all that be round about him bring presents unto him that ought to be feared.
12. He shall cut off the spirit of princes: he is terrible to the kings of the earth.
